My recent trip was short but pleasant. We arrived around 4:00 AM and headed straight to the hotel for a late check-in. I deeply appreciate the staff’s professionalism and efficiency during the process, ensuring everything went smoothly. After a long journey from KUL to TWU, I was able to enjoy a restful sleep. Location in downtown Tawau is convenient. The room was hotel was clean and staff were available when I needed them.
